Heat oven to 350°
2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 can French style green
beans
2 teaspoons A-1 or HP steak sauce
salt and pepper to taste
mashed potatoes
Saute the onion in oil or
butter until soft. Brown the ground beef and drain off the fat. Add tomato
soup, green beans, steak sauce, and salt and pepper. Pour everything into a 1
1/2 quart casserole. Spread the mashed potatoes on top. Bake at 350° for 30
minutes.
